Surprise, surprise!! 
I was looking at Mortal Kombat and I remembered how cool he was thanks to *WinterWeasel. So this stamp's for you!
This stamp proved to be more difficult and time-consuming than I thought... But I think it was worth it. This is Kabal from MK3. I personally liked this costume. I thought his victory sprite made him look pretty awesome. I had to put all the sprites for the victory together myself and figure out how to animate it using PSE5.
